Dean Conway has been involved with U.S. soccer for many years.  He recently received the US Youth Soccer Excellence in Youth Coaching Education Award, “The Dr. Thomas Fleck Award”. Conway is a member of the Mass Youth Soccer Hall of Fame, author of several coaching books and has conducted hundreds of USSF Coaching License courses over the past 30 years. He has served on the U.S. Soccer National Instructional Staff as well as being the NE Revolution Youth Coach.
