Between 14 day and first day of camp 25%*

 

Exception: Any cancellations due to injury precluding camper from participating in camp activities qualifies for a 100% refund regardless of when Team Prep Camp is notified, less the 5% administrative fee (see below).

 

*With all refunds a $40 fee (credit card fee and online processing fee) will be dededucted as this amount was deducted and retained by the camp online registration system company at time of registration and payment.  Refunds will be paid by check so as not to incur another fee.
