Tom Goodman was the Director of Coaching at Mass Youth Soccer from 2007 to 2010. He is currently the DOC for Wellesley Youth Soccer. Tom holds a Masters Degree in Administration of Education as well as the USSF "A" and USSF National Youth Licenses. He continues to work as a National Staff Instructor at the USSF National Coaching Schools. Goodman’s previous positions include: US Youth Soccer National Director of Coaching Education, USSF Region I National Staff Coach and Director of Coaching and Player Development for the PA West Soccer Association. He is also the author of soccer books and articles and the creator of coaching DVD’s.
